Kelly Saunders is the Chief Executive Officer for North Park Public Water District and has worked in public finance and water operations for over 11 years. In her most current role, she oversees the financial, operational and IT endeavors of the District. She has a Bachelor’s of Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, and a Master’s of Public Administration from the University of Illinois – Springfield.
