About
Todd LaFountain currently is the Water Division Director for the City of Springfield, Illinois. Todd has over three decades of water resource, purification, distribution and engineering experience. Todd graduated from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Todd is a licensed Professional Engineer and a Class A Water Operator in the State of Illinois. Todd is the current ISAWWA District No. 3 Trustee and the Illinois Potable Water Supply Operator Association President.
