About
Dan Huang is a Ph.D. student in Public Administration in the Department of Public Policy, Management, and Analytics (PPMA) at the University of Illinois Chicago. Dan’s research interests include intergovernmental collaboration and networks, municipal utilities as well as emergency management. Since joining the Government Finance Research Center in August 2022, Dan has contributed to statewide projects, including the Illinois Water Rate Setting Study and municipal water affordability analyses.
