Public Management Research Association Drs. Albrecht & Carroll presented on governance structures & delivery choices in municipal provision of drinking water in northeastern Illinois at the PMRA annual conference in Seattle. Assoc. for Nonprofit and Social Economy Research Dr. Carroll presented on drinking water service provision, regional public service organizations, & equitable water rates in Illinois, at the ANSER annual conference in Montreal. Mid-Continent Regional Science Association Dr. Khalaf presented on the challenges that states face in forecasting long-term expenditures at the MCRSA Annual Conference, held in Cleveland. UIUC-UIC Collaborative Workshop Dr. Khalaf helped organize the "Envisioning Equitable Transitions to Sustainable Transportation Systems workshop."
