ABC 7 Chicago interviewed Michael Pagano, dean of UIC’s College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs, in a segment on Chicago mayoral candidates no longer being able to rely on campaign messages about replacing the incumbent Rahm Emanuel, but now must present clearly stated solutions for the issues facing the city.
